When you’re feeling down or in a bad mood, it’s helpful to have an idea of what we can do to shift that mood once it doesn’t serve us anymore. This then prompts the question, what makes you feel better? You might have one thing that seems to always do the trick. Or, you might a list of things to try. Either way, start building your list and thinking about what is helpful about each. As always, journal or ponder about this.
