This may feel hard to believe, but not all stress is bad. Stress can motivate us to act on something to minimize or erase the stress is causes. That said, sometimes we can try to ignore the stress, or can feel the stress without recognizing the thing that’s actually causing stress. Today, journal or think about what sources of stress you have in life. Then, pick out the one that causes the most stress. What can be done to make that less stressful? Can you take it out of your life? What would that look like? Can you think about it differently so it’s less stressful? Do you need more boundaries? There are so many directions you can go.
