What’s going well for you?

It seems to be the case that we often (easily) focus on our negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. For whatever reason, the negativity is easy for our brain to notice and pay attention to. Today, let’s walk away from this tendancy that many of us have by questioning what’s going well for us. Journal or think about this, maybe making a list, or maybe thinking more in-depth on some of the things that are going well.
