When you feel valued, what does that feel like?

As you journal or ponder this prompt today, consider when you know you’re valued and important, or that you mean something to someone, what does that feel like? It might be healthiest to recognize that we can be valued without people telling us. So, instead of thinking about what it’s like to get praise or compliments from others, instead consider what it feels like for you to do something that you feel is meaningful (even if others haven’t said it).
