When we feel an emotion it can be easy to have one idea of what we would do when we feel that. However, having many ideas is usually most helpful. As you think about this for yourself, what’s the first thought of what you would do if you were feeling lonely? From there, journal or ponder about that and what other ideas you can come up with. But, avoid simply making a list and calling it good. Instead, think about what the pros and cons of each answer might be.
