Anger is an emotion we’ll all encounter and experience. You could take this prompt at least two ways: what it’s like for you to be angry, and what it’s like when you’re interacting with an angry person. When you’re angry, how does this change your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors? And when you are working with someone who is angry, what is your response to this? Do you get nervous, shut down, or help calm them down?
