Where do you notice tension in your body?

If you’re feeling tense, stressed, or overwhelmed, where do you notice this in your body? Many will think of tension related to their muscles, which is probably the most common thing to think about this work. But, you might also want to journal or ponder other ways we might think about this. For example, some people will get an uneasy stomach related to anxiety. Although not a common use of the word, we may still consider this tension of sorts.
