Who do you go to when you’re sad?

When we’re sad, it can be helpful to have someone to go to. Whether it’s to have a shoulder to cry on, a person to sit with, or someone to distract you, there can help power to not being alone. Think about the person or people you go to when you’re sad, and what they do that’s helpful. Or you might consider what a person could do that would be most helpful for you during these times.
