Where do you hold tension in your body?

Think about when life gets busy, stressful, or overwhelming. As this happens and the tension grows within you, where does that get stored? Do your shoulders get tight, or do you start to clench your jaw? Is it that your hands start to curl into fists, or your stomach becomes tied in knots. Think about how stress has shown up in your body in the past. Then, take a moment or two to check the tension in your body today, and allow it to be released.
