How does it feel to be curious?

Sit back and reflect on something you’re curious about. Once you’ve gotten yourself into the space of that curiosity, pay attention to your body. Notice what it’s like when you’re curious. How do your thoughts change? Your emotions, what happens to them? Do you find your motivation, energy, or alertness shift? Journal about curiosity and what this experience is like for you.
