From exercise, to watching our favorite show, to taking some deep breaths, the list of coping skills is endless. You might be able to pick a skill and say how it makes you feel better. Or, maybe you want to think of a time when you consistently feel better and work backward. No matter what, what about that time feels good? What has changed that made you feel better? As you journal or ponder this, remember that there is no right or wrong answers, it’s just what works for you.
