Consider things that you do to help you relax and unwind. When you think of all of these, what is the thing that you enjoy the most? As you journal or ponder about this, bring your awareness to what it is about this that helps you. It might be that you can do this more often, or that this would take away some of the benefit. It’s also possible that by simply imagining yourself doing this activity, that will give you some of the benefit of it—do you find that to be the case?
