Like many things, some coping skills are helpful while others are not. As you consider all of the things you’ve done to make coping easier for you, contemplate on how you know if it’s helpful or not. You might want to reflect on if this is something you can tell right away, or something that may take some time to determine. Likewise, you might think about whether this can change from situation to situation. The goal today is to ponder or reflect on helpful coping skills.
