How do you know you’re stressed?

Have you ever noticed that sometimes we can feel stressed without realizing that we’re stressed? It might be helpful today to start building more awareness of what stress is like by pondering or journaling about what stress feels like for you. You might consider times that you were stressed and think back to what that felt like. You may also think about a current stress and pay attention to what you’re feeling.
