Consider what you are grateful for. It might be a hot cup of coffee, a sunny day, or a supportive co-worker. Perhaps you have gratitude for kindness you’ve seen in the world, something that inspired you, or a moment of comfort you had. You do not have to make an exhaustive list, but don’t limit yourself to just one or two things either. Once you have a good list, check-in with yourself. Notice how your mood may have shifted from noticing some of the good things in life.
